Due to spam and tricky pay per lead sites, we NEVER answer emails from third party websites such as PartyPop.com, Thumbtack, Back Pages, and a few other tricky booking sites like those. Although the photos, and review are ours, most of the advertising are years old, and we have not used these site for years, If you have requested a quote from one of those sites, please know that the quote you receive is NOT from A Family Affair DJ Service. Booking with us is fast, easy and secure. This can be done In Person, or ONLINE over email and PayPal
Booking In Person: When booking in person, you will be meeting with your specific service provider, as well as the owner of the business. We can meet in a public environment like a local Starbucks, or you can just set an appointment to come in to our Norcross office for a live DJ demo, check out the lighting & drapery showroom and pick your desired look first hand, and/or view portfolios of our photographers and videographers. You can even setup a food tasting appointment with our caterers. Book everything you want in one place, and know exactly what you're getting.
Booking Online: After discussing your service needs, availably, and pricing, you will be emailed a detailed PayPal Invoice, which will include your Service Agreement Contract, with all details of service discussed. Just click "PAY NOW", read the service agreement, and pay your deposit. You can print and/or save your PayPal receipt and service agreement contract for your records. Booking through PayPal is protected under PayPal's Buyers and Sellers Policy.
Deposit and Payments
We require a deposit on every engagement booked. The deposit amount is $100 of every $500, based on the total cost of service. This amount will be subtracted from the total cost. Final payment, is due on the day of the event, (CASH ONLY) at the time of setup. If paying final payment by (CARD), payment must be paid at least 5 days before the event date.
Example of Deposit Amounts.
Up to $500 - Service requires a $100 deposit.
$550 to $1000 - Service requires a $200 deposit.
$1050 to $1500 - Service requires a $300 deposit
DJ Availability Calendar
Although we have a FULL DJ team, wedding coverage has become 60% of our clientele, and we often have to use 2 or 3 guys for full multi-room and / or location wedding service. If there are 3 events already booked on any given date, please call direct to check for availability. Your primary DJ will be DJ Eazy (Owner and Head DJ), UNLESS he is already booked on your date, which you will know before booking.
